1. What Passville is

Passville is a platform that lets people post short-lived, time-bound plans ("Plans") and invite others nearby to join them for real, in-person social activities. Passville is a venue for coordination only — it does not organize, supervise, insure, or take part in any Plan, and it is not a dating service.

2. Age requirement — 18+

Passville is for adults only. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to a minor will be removed without notice.

3. Your responsibility

Every decision to attend, host, or interact with a Plan or another user is made entirely at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for verifying who you choose to meet, where you choose to go, and what you choose to do. Passville does not perform background checks, identity verification beyond a working email address, or safety vetting of any user or Plan.

We strongly encourage meeting in public places, telling a friend or family member your plans, and trusting your judgment — but these are your responsibility, not ours.

4. No endorsement

Passville does not review, endorse, promote, or take responsibility for the content of any Plan posted by users. We do not condone illegal activity, harassment, or any unethical, unsafe, or unlawful conduct, and any Plan or user found to violate this may be removed at our discretion, without notice or obligation to explain.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passville, its operators, and its affiliates are not liable for any harm, loss, injury, dispute, misconduct, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from your use of the platform, your interactions with other users, or your attendance at or hosting of any Plan. This includes but is not limited to: physical harm, harassment, fraud, theft, emotional distress, or any breach of trust by another user. You use Passville, and you meet other users, entirely at your own risk.

6. Community conduct

You agree not to use Passville to harass, threaten, deceive, defraud, or endanger any other person, and not to post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise unsafe. Use the Block and Report features whenever a user makes you uncomfortable — reports are reviewed and repeat or serious violations result in account removal.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or remove any account, at any time, for any behavior we determine — in our sole discretion — puts other users at risk or violates these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Passville after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
